With some couples, I am emailing back and forth with them for a while until I get to meet them. When I do, it feels so great to put their faces and personalities to their email addresses. It feels amazing after that session is done. I can only imagine for some, taking your engagement pictures is a bit of a surreal experience. It’s something we’ve all thought about for some time in our life. I hope that everyone gets to have a moment during the session where they just soak in the moment. Savannah had walked through this pathway a number of times as a child on the way to her best friends house. She thought then as a small girl, ‘This place is beautiful. It would probably make a great place to take pictures when I get married!” Well, I couldn’t be happier she had that thought, met the great man that Dom is and then asked me to come along to document her childhood dreams turning into realities. And that is an amazing feeling I will never tire of.
